Every project starts the same way: one free hour, online, working through the problem together. What happens after that depends on what we find.

Getting started

    Tell us what you are trying to build, or what is not working today. A few sentences is enough — you do not need a specification.

    Send the form. We reply within one business day.

    Understand

    One hour · Online · Free

    A working session, not a sales call. We dig into the problem behind the request: who has it, what it costs you today, and what would have to be true for a solution to be worth building.

    Bring whoever knows the problem best. No preparation, no documents.

  3. 03

    Choose how we build

    Understand ends with a recommendation and a price. If the idea still needs proving, that is Idea to MVP. If you already know what to build, that is Build. If neither fits, we say so.

    Decide. There is no obligation to continue.

Two ways to work together

We recommend one of these at the end of the Understand workshop. If neither is right for you, we will tell you that instead.

Idea to MVP

SEK 15,000

Fixed. Agreed before we start, and it does not move.

You have a problem and an idea, but committing a full build budget to an unproven assumption would be reckless.

  • Four one-hour workshops across two weeks
  • We name the riskiest assumption in the idea and design the cheapest test of it
  • A working prototype — often live software with only the features needed to prove the point
  • Something real to put in front of the people you are building for

What you get: Evidence. At the end of two weeks you know whether the idea holds up, before you have spent a build budget finding out.

Ownership: The prototype is yours. If the idea does not survive contact with real users, that is a result worth having — and it cost you two weeks, not two quarters.

Build

Priced by scope

You get a quote at the end of the Understand workshop, before any commitment.

You know what needs to exist. It needs to be production-grade software you can put in front of paying customers.

  • Production software, released to your customers
  • Built to be handed over — readable code, not a black box
  • Full source code, transferred to you

What you get: A live product your customers use, and the source code that runs it.

Ownership: You own it outright. We hand over the source and the contract ends there. Staying on as your technology partner is an option, never a condition.
